Elon Musk says a lot of things.
Except he delivers.
I remember a story about a friend where he borrowed $50,000 to meet his payroll. The friend is skeptical he can do it and had written the money off.
Guess, what, he got the first Tesla delivered to his house (which by now must be collectible).
He delivers what? He cant produce what he has already promised, certainly not in the manner in which it was promised. Tesla will never be a mainstream producer of anything automotive. They will be lucky to keep limping along as they are for much longer. The best they can hope for is to generate enough technology that they can lock down to be more attractive for a buy out. This clown show will come to end, and unfortunate owners of a Tesla product will be going to the Smithsonian to get parts.
And the sky is falling and it's the end of the world -- in Idaho, I presume? lol
I also remember the critics saying Tesla won't be able to do it due to battery limitations inducing range insecurity.
Until Tesla proved ranges of 350-500 miles and going San Francisco to NY then down to Florida and back to West Coast with multiple charging stations.
And still up to now, the Mr Magoo's are looking for their new dark clouds.
