I got a feeling those who made comments about carbon credits don’t know squat about it other than what they heard from the Al Gore haters.
Let me put it this wa, if the GM and the Chrysler’s are not so backward that they can’t even have the basic technology to produce low emission-low MPG vehicles, then they don’t even have to buy these credits from Tesla or anyone else.
And please, all the car manufacturers are going full blast into EV because they know and realized the demise and obsolescence of ICE - except that everyone but Tesla is way ahead in EV and battery technology.
