You got that one right, Wannavolunteer! The bathroom with a "real" shower was my number one priority. I am happy to use the bathhouse in parks that are well kept, but if that shower doesn't meet my expectations, I'm showering at *my* house! And there is no way I'm tromping off through the woods in the dead of night to use the facilities. Been there, done that and now I'm too old to do it any more!
After that, we got what DH wanted...super slide and the rear window where he could sit and look out while having coffee if the weather wasn't conducive to being outside.
