Well, for me it would be:
#1 Price, it has to be what I can afford
#2 Layout, It has to be a layout that works for my lifestyle or I would not get as much use out of it.
#3 Easy to hook up and pull. As a weekend camper I don't want something that takes to long to hook up and then is too hard to pull. No weight distribution bars for me. I want to drop it quickly on the hitch and be on the road.
