I enjoy being in the Oregon back country, but not a big "Off Road" guy if that makes sense. But I always like to see what is "around the next bend in the road". My one regret on my rig was not giving enough consideration to height. Before we even took possession, had A/C unit added. That puts us to just under 12'. I think other than parked in drive way, we have only used a/c 2 times in 9 yrs. Have considered taking it off for clearance purposes but DW keeps saying no....so you can imagine where that goes.
Door clearance for storage when not using the rig is a big deal at least here in the PNW. 1" or 2" is a problem. Here is moss country always good to have your toys "under cover".
