Funny, I have the same model I purchased a year ago and have had no problems. Now I think it is Kodiak whose web site asks if your interested in a west coast dealer or an east coast dealer not sure though since I looked at so many web sites before I bought. Not sure if that is an issue or not because the only other complaints I have heard about the Kodiak were from west coast owners.
