Nope, you still have to enter a password in the app to get it to do anything. Then if you don't have the key fob in your pocket and push the start button the truck will shut down. Plus it only runs for 15 min. up to three times.

Don why is it you would need the key fob to start the engine you already started from your smart phone? Maybe it will only run 15m without it on board? Then what the thief would be left without vehicle control of a 9k lb vehicle :M Just thoughts my friend.
Just a question here, you still have a "key" in the fob right? for manual reasons. LOL like the local car jockey around here..
