I follow the door panel recommendations on tire inflation. Did it on my previous 3500 SRW, and did rotate regularily. Current truck I rotated tires twice in just under 40000 miles, but I am not convinced one way or another that there is a significant advantage to doing so once you consider the cost/time for breaking down the wheels and remounting the tires on a DRW with Alcoa rims.
