Seems like a good place to ask a question, especially for you NC Hauler, since you've owned your truck longer.
But I've got gremlins in my rig. Found a few on my road trip mentioned earlier.
First, about 250 miles into the trip my TPMS shows one front tire down almost 20 pounds in pressure. Stopped, checked with gauge I carry and it was NOT down.
Second, the next day, my backup camera completely quit working. Grrrrrrr!
Finally the navigation system went nuts and showed me and my truck were swimming in the Missouri River.
And, once I shut the truck off and re-started it, all systems went back to normal and worked fine.
Mind you, it turned into some bitterly cold weather during the trip. Actual temps of close to -10 below F and wind chills in the 30-40 below zero range. Thank goodness that this was only two days out of the five day trip this bad, but it was indeed horrible while it lasted.
Now it is back up to a wonderful, balmy 39 degrees outside. Just home from getting groceries and saw folks wearing flip flops and even one in shorts. They build them tough up here. :B
So thoughts????? My fear is the truck sits outside all the time, and it has had tree rats, otherwise known as squirrels, in there chewing on something.
