I honestly have not figured it all out yet. I did not really expect the 15 to ride better than the 11 since the 11 was a lighter duty truck and I had bags on it that did help the ride.
On the TDR there is a guy that said his rode better after he towed with it for a few hundred miles.
It does not ride bad at all! For example it puts my 98 25004X4 I sold to my son to shame on quality of ride. This truck is MUCH more heavy duty than the 11, it's amazing how beefy the truck suspension is!
After I tow I will have a better answer on ride quality and if I think the air ride was worth it. Stay tuned!
