The Limited is VERY NICE! My Son ordered a 15 3500 SRW LongBed Limited when i ordered my 15. I read the manual that your Keyless FOB dies use the key to open the truck then hold the end of it next to the start button and start the truck. sounds like there is enough reserve battery left to get it started that way.
Only thing I DON'T like so far is the cargo camera. The hitch is not focused on and makes it look small. I will look to see if it's possible to rotate the camera lens to be more centered on the hitch.
Took the RV for a spin a few days ago to dump the tank. With the tank full the combo weighed 29,700#. Went up a local grade of about 5% with cruise set at 60 the Aisin trans smoothly dropped to 5th without loosing speed before doing so. and stayed at 60 to the top. Truck sounded smooth and quiet. I know that was not much of a grade but it performed much better then the 11 I traded on the same hill. Went down a VERY steep grade and it dropped to 2nd with EB working great holding at 25mph.
I HIGHLY recommend the AISIN with 4:10's !!! The Aisin has lower starting gears than the 68RFE. The truck comes off the line with ease.
Just the little towing and general driving I have done I can tell it's getting at least 1mpg better than the 11 did.
Really is amazing all the improvements over the 11. I would say the front suspension is a firmer ride but it does have a beefier front end than the 11. The rear air ride is nice with a load on it the truck sits nice and level even with over 5K pin.
Even with the 4:10's the cab is quiet. Sure you can hear the engine but you can still carry on a conversation without raising your voice.
Still figuring things out! The voice recognition really works well.
