X2! My dad has a '77 Jayco that's a bit worn, has had to have an inside corner rebuilt from a leak, but is still a good trailer.
Our previous hybrid was an '03 that we had for 10 years and aside from faded decals it was in like new condition when we traded it. Our current trailer is already 4 years old but it looks like new. Only minor fit and finish issues when new. And these are "light weight" trailers often thought that they will not last 5 years let alone 10.
I know people who never wash their rigs, never reseal anything, never change out the tires, etc. Those are the ones that won't make it 10 years.
