I would bet if they had a longevity study, it would be --Airstream, Oliver, Avion, Casita, Scamp. The new all aluminum trailers like Livinlite should last a good long time.
As others have said, there is always going to be some maintenance and repair.
Water leaks are the death of most trailers. You would think after this many years the manufacturers would have figured out how to build a trailer that does not leak. I am not talking about for 5 years, I am talking about 25 years !
Airstream and Avion have an aluminum skin and you will be hard pressed to find someone who has one that leaks. As mentioned the Livinlite/CampLite trailers are ALL aluminum. Frame, walls, floor, even the structure of interior cabinets.
"Eggshell" TT (fiberglass top and bottom) are also very leak resistant. Oliver, Casita, Scamp and Lil' Snoozey are all fiberglass eggshells.

Unfortunately, appliances, heaters, water heaters and air conditioners seem to be controlled by a few companies and are in every brand. No escaping their problems.
AMEN !
A few companies are now installing home window A/C units. If it quits, throw it away and buy a new one. Much cheaper than trying to get someone to fix your roof mounted A/C. Same with refrigerators. A small home refrigerator is fine if you do not boondock. Even boondocking, a couple of 6V golf cart batteries, a PSW inverter and a small generator that you can run for 2-4 hours/day and you should be good.
