Trailers now a days won't be around in 20(+) yrs. unless they have been parked on a permanent site.
And it's not just trailers....cars, trucks etc.
I disagree about trucks. I have a 2004 F-150. Prior to this truck I owned a 1994 F-150. I took the same care of both of them. I had both for 10 years. At 10 years, the 1994 had went through a few starters, the oil pump had went out, the transmission was going out on it when I traded it in, the dash was falling apart on it, the seats were worn out, a spring had broken on one of the rear leaf springs, I had to constantly replace bushings on the front suspension.
I've put more miles on my current truck, and it's at the same age as when I traded in my previous truck, except this one isn't falling apart and still looks brand new.
