Take a look at the Jayco Whitehawk 20MRB. It fits all of your criteria, and has a couch and dinette. I have the slightly larger 23MBH which has bunks, and absolutely love it. The Murphy bed allows you to have a shorter trailer, but still have the living space of one that would be 6 feet longer.
