We have a Shamrock 21ss which I believe is the same floorplan as your 21sso. If so there is quite a bit of dead space below the rear bunk behind the bathroom wall. Ours has a divider accessible via the storage space below the back bunk that can be removed to get at it.
We also put handles/latches on a couple of cabinet doors covering the furnace and hot water tank that were screwed shut. There was some usable space in there as well.
