This has to be it. Washer nozzles in the hood. Whoever came up with this retarded idea should be FIRED!!! First it was the imports back in the 80's. Now every American OEM, GM, Ford and Chrysler...

duh, they were put in the hood way back when they were started in the late 40s or early 50s.
