This has to be it. Washer nozzles in the hood. Whoever came up with this retarded idea should be FIRED!!! First it was the imports back in the 80's. Now every American OEM, GM, Ford and Chrysler...

I have to disagree with the OP. Not even close in my mind. Probably not in the top 100 for the things I have seen.
Not in any order:
4 head bolts/ cylinder on a diesel engine. :R
Running iron rings on an aluminum cylinder bore. :R
(already been said and I agree) In tank fuel pumps. :R
Starters built into the valley of a V engine. :R
Trying to make a gasoline engine into a diesel. :R
And why does the sheet metal in GM cars and trucks have to be sharpened to a razors edge? I have shaved with razors that have a duller edge then some GM sheet metal! :M
