This has to be it. Washer nozzles in the hood. Whoever came up with this retarded idea should be FIRED!!! First it was the imports back in the 80's. Now every American OEM, GM, Ford and Chrysler...

Yeah, but you can squirt the car next to you at a stop light with the wiper arm mounted nozzles. So they aren't completely useless!
