This has to be it. Washer nozzles in the hood. Whoever came up with this retarded idea should be FIRED!!! First it was the imports back in the 80's. Now every American OEM, GM, Ford and Chrysler...

Not at all. The Cadillac had an excellent wiper system. The nozzles were on the wiper arms and were extremely effective, spraying the fluid where the blade sweep is. It also had rain sense, which worked quite well.
I sold it because it was leaking engine oil and power steering fluid and required about $3,000 in repairs. Instead of fixing it I sold it.
The Town Car has them on the cowl, not as good as the Cadillac but it will have to do.
