At our Florida campsite, we had a gorgeous view of a wall of vegetation, about 5 feet from our window that separated us from the next campsite.
In AZ we viewed a vista of miles of dry dusty sand sprinkled with scrub brush and prickly pear cactus.
Some campsites are not too picturesque, others are quite nice.
