Seriously, sorry to hear that you got hit, thank goodness you didn't get killed.
Not so serious, this is what happens when Congress get all upset about banning guns and new gun laws. People no longer have automatic guns and rifles, so there are more deer to go on the attack. The deer are a terrorist group devoted to the elimination of people, and should be gathered up and sent to Canada, where they can have the whole country to themselves. Congress should pass a new law banning deer from all highways and roads which might me used for travel. All roads should be replaced with new, raised speedways that are protected from deer by 15' high chain link fences imported from China.
