Yes, and I think that estimate is on the high side.
There are hundreds of millions of trucks on the road. Only a few thousand of those carry truck campers. Only some of those carrying truck campers also tow a trailer of any sort. Only some that tow a trailer tow a boat. Only some that tow a boat do not have a dedicated plug in the bed of their truck for the camper. By the time it filters down there are not many, maybe couple dozen, with this problem.
