Just an FYI, you'll probably be told you're a lousy pet owner for not taking your pet everywhere you go.
We personally leave our dogs on occasion in the camper, where we are allowed, and I think a monitoring system would be pretty neat to have. I have heard about some of them being out there, but not any specifics.
