Thermostat replacement alternative..

Anyone find a quality replacement for this attwood junk?
I have been through 2 of them in my 2012 lance 992.
The slider just keeps giving out. Flimsy junk.

It would need to be heat and ac plus 2 speed for both.

In which case another LuxPro thermostat works well. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and has a simple interface with easy-to-read numbers:

    https://www.amazon.com/LUXPRO-PSD111-Thermostat-Vertical-Installation/dp/B01AV6IZMC

I like these because they have been reliable from 0 deg F to 120 deg F, the batteries have a very long life, the numbers are easy to read at a glance, and they have backlit displays.
  • Depends what you want to use it for.
I bought a house 2 years ago with 4 AC zones.
So when I put 2 of WI-FI thermostat in main areas, for guest quarters I did not want to worry about batteries and computer reset, so those fit the bill.
They have been around like 100 years.
Funny I paid $13 for each 2 years ago, now they are $35 on Amazon.
Must be I am not the only 1 who likes them.
