Cummins changed from EGR cooler #4988884 to a higher flow/higher capacity EGR cooler #4988885 in 2013 along with some other improvements(SCR), and no longer recommends EGR valve cleaning at 67k miles. Although this was mainly for short trip or long idle trucks, and trucks that did a lot of highway miles did not need this EGR cleaning in many cases.
