Is that hand calculated or lie-o-meter? According to Fuelly.com, many Ford F250 V10 owners is getting closer to 9-10 mpg (LINK), 6.2L owners are getting about 12 mpg(LINK), and 6.7L PSD owners are getting about 14.5 mpg(LINK).
