Fuel wise for me, though I don't have a dog in this fight, is good for my 09 6.0. I get 13-15 city and 15-17 hwy depending on speed. I get 17 mpg if I drive at or below 70 mph. All figures for me are hand calculated cause we all know that the truck is not always correct. Anyway good topic guys so far, I don't have a diesel but of course have them at work. I've seen a lot of issues with of course the older ford 6.0 and 6.4 but no so much with the 6.7. Others I can't speak of cause we don't use other diesels. Though some of our ambulances use the GM 6.0 and have held up well over 100k already now, so I'm watching those as well. I'm interested in hearing more facts on this post, so to the OP if ur able to produce some type of spread sheet that would be cool to see. I k ow it may be difficult due to all the difference on usage but I'm curious. Again good topic, hopefully the discussion stays on track. Enjoy the day guys, I'm going to head out camping in Georgia today when the bad storms quit... spring break!
