Have a 32 gal. black tank and grey tanks and an 18 gal. Thetford tote tank. Just used the tote tank today and it's really no big deal to make a couple of runs to the dump station. A smaller tote tank is easier to manhandle and definitely easier to stow away in your truck or RV and same at home for the off-season. Shouldn't be going more than 5-7 mph in a CG which is fine with a tote tank.
Can't see a need to get a tote tank large enough to handle the entire contents of a holding tank. A 35 gal tote tank is going to be nearly 300 lbs and hard to move by hand.
I'm definitely going to do the rubber tire upgrade. Potholes and speed bumps would be a lot easier with them and dragging a full tote tank from rear of a TT out to your TV's hitch on rough ground would be easier too.
