DW and I talk to everyone but I don't always get it...
One guy won't travel with any fresh water or anything in the waste tanks. No convenience of freshening up or having the bathroom?
Another guy checks his tire pressure every morning. Every morning? Really?
Another guy unhitches even if he doesn't need his TV. Says its rediculous to keep all that extra weight on his truck.
I've met a number of people who won't do their business in their own toilet. They just don't want that in their tank.

I can see the rationale of doing these in particular, because I do them myself
The parks i goto always have a fresh water, no need to run my pump/store water if they have it readily available. However, I dont keep it completely empty in case the kids need to make a roadside bathroom break
My trailer is single axle and the thought of a blowout has always worried me, so I keep a real close eye on my tire condition. though I dont check the pressure every morning, I do vigorously inspect them every time i stop
I unhook my trailer regardless of any plans to go somewhere in case of emergency(or anything spur of the moment) we can just hop in my truck and go
And I avoid using my trailer toilet if there is a readily available toilet at the campground. Kids like to make toilet paper torches on their hands when going to the bathroom lol. So I always tell them the trailer bathroom is for emergencies and night time. I dont fully clean/rinse my tanks that often so it helps keep wads of toilet paper building up in the system
