A thought on unhitching the TT from the TV. Worked a TT fire at a state campground. Lady was "rescued" from the TT that was burning underneath and she didn't know it. Her TV was still connected to the TT and had it been unhitched the fire would not have spread to her truck and the 50 gallons of diesel in the bed tank. As a result she lost the TT and TV.
I always unhook the TV from the TT and advise to do so even if its only pulling the locking pin from the hitch and putting the locking pin where you won't forget. Better to tear up the trailer's tongue than lose the TV at the same time in an emergency.
