Think this might cause a P0300 (Random Misfire)

Long story short. Put new wires on the Truck last summer. Same ones I have used on the 11 second Trans Am for years. 5.7 LS1 VS 6.0. Lots of similarities. At any rate they didn't do so well in a towin...
