I have to say this in good conscience. There is no way I'd buy a nearly 18 year old camper. Set your sights a little higher and spare yourself the anguish of finding out how almost impossible it is to sell something like that down the road. God forbid it ever has a leak (if it doesn't have one already) or the pink wall insulation doesn't sponge a ton of water inside the walls and become a mold factory.
Leaks
Mold
Wood Rot
Walls or floor sags
Honest, wait for a better brand, or at least much newer with better building techniques. Aluminum construction with filon insulation.
Ok, I feel better at least I've given an alternative response.
Maybe an older Lance
Maybe an older Bigfoot
Maybe an older Chalet
Maybe an older Northern Lite
Maybe an older Arctic Fox
If it were me, I would use the internet and dial in a unit and WAIT TILL YOU FIND IT. Use a craigslist search engine and enjoy the search.
Out here in Oregon, at least $8000 would be a good place to start.
