That price in our area, Vancouver BC, buy's a good but needing some TLC truck camper. I paid about that in Canadian $ for a '98 built Adventurer. That was over my budget but the camper was like new. Even a tarped cherry like this one is a project. I have a well equipped wood and metal working shop, more important the experience and skills a RV needs, but I still hesitated. It needed a leak repaired, which I have done, the resealing and wing rot can wait for summer. BTW, for an stick-n-tin RV, it's as well made as they come.
