No comments on the 6.2. I had a V10 Dually in the XL package.
I will NEVER own another vinyl floor/seat truck for RV (meaning Thousands and Thousands of miles in the seat) pulling... My floors got really hot under foot...(okay, I do drive barefoot on long trips...just the way I am) and my DW despised the "very uncomfortable seats"
Not trying to be mean... Just sharing my .02 worth of experience.
Our next truck for family RV hauling will have Carpet and cloth minimal..
BUT... I have a friend with a 2012 XL F250 just like you are describing and he loves it... Just wanted to put it out there that the XL minimalist package sounded wonderful to me until about mile 150 of our first long trip.
