if you have the money just buy it...
as for how long before you get it???? the dealer should have some idea.
and as for your issue about 'I will not pay the price of the upgrade anymore,' you are going to get a lot of depreciation when you buy this truck... why not just buy a 2013-2014 or so 'loaded' and enjoy the add ons and save some money.
