2009 KeystoneIt's at Demontrand RV in Conroe. Owner says I can have it for $7200. Nothing needs replacing except the curtain in front of the back bed. No rust, no soft spots in floor, walls, and ceiling. I stomped, pushed, knocked, opened every cabinet, took out the drawers and looked underneath them, etc. Thoughts?

Looks nice, very clean. Only concern is the price....seems too high, although I have not checked NADA. Suggest you go online to NADA/RV. Enter only the year, make and model....no options. It will ask for condition. Believe also the zip code. That will give you the suggested price. Not having a slide will be a negative. Otherwise, no glaring flaws. Is this a consignment on their lot or does the dealer own it?? If you can, finding out how long it's been there may be a clue that it's overpriced. One suggestion....if you haven't already checked the manufacture date on the tires, do that. If they're at about the 4 - 5 year mark, you'll be shelling out about $500 pretty quickly. There is a code on the edge close to the rim...a 4 digit number such as 3109, which will mean that the tire was manufactured the 31st week of 2009. Trailer tires need to be replaced at the 4 - 5 year mark regardless of how they look. You could either reduce your offer or ask the dealer to replace the tires.Good luck. This is pretty much my TT. I have the hideout 26'. Just got it. It is going back for a few fixes, but nice in general. This is our first TT. I wouldn't say that this is the best made on the market, but decent for the price.

Boy I like it! But, I like the smaller units. So easy to tow and park. Looks good in the photos. I have no idea on price. That's a subjective thing. If it works for you and you like it then take the plunge. Don't over, over, pay of course. Like I said I have no idea on price but, it seems like a nice layout and nice little rig to me.

If it helps in any way I bought a 1993 unit 2 years ago for 3200. I thought that was a little high but, it's what I was looking for and I've been very happy with it. Do what makes you happy and don't ask permission from us or anyone else to make your decisions. Took me a lot of years to figure that out.

Almost identical to our Coleman 2012 currently for sale at $9000.Frank.

Well I bought it today. My BIL can get a good discount on tires from NTB -- he knows someone there & buys a LOT of trailer tires for his business. He'll repack the bearings for me too.

Dealer wouldn't budge on the price since he came down from the website price listed of $9995. However he did agree to give me a new battery & fill the propane tanks for free. I'll get it sometime next week since I'm going out of town Friday-Monday.

Looks like a nice small clean TT. toilet tub area looks a little cramped though. Paying cash this time?

On Second thought, that $7200 price may not be bad if there's no damage and it's in good condition considering your a long way down there, being a confederate in Texas. :) So sick of every southerner calling us Yanks. :) The delivery charges most likely factor into the pricing. Looks pretty nice and is a bit bigger than my previous 19BH with an extra wardrobe in the kitchen and a slightly larger bathroom. Bigger by 7" but still bigger.

That is probably the Discount Tire price so isn't any savings for you. If the dealer removes the tires for delivery to Discount, negotiate a bearing repack and brake adjustment. That way, it will be something off your maintenance list. Just make sure that the work is done and not a contrivance from a salesman's mouth.

What type of warranty? For that price you should get some type of warranty.

Called the dealer about the tires. He won't budge on the price but DID offer to replace the tires for $400 --their cost @ Discount Tire. Is that a good deal, do you think?

Camper sounds good and the bunk seems to be capable for a growing kid unlike many others.

Our 15 year old is fit and works out at the YMCA, not very tall, but he weighs in at 140 lbs. So by the age of 18, I could see him around 180 lbs which would exceed many bunk's lower 150 lbs limit.

It does have the in-floor heating but just regular AC. The sign on the top bunk says it's rated for 250#. My son is 17 but 125# soaking wet so he can use the bunk with no problem. Yes I will need a shelf in with the bottom bed and add an outlet or just an extension cord for a reading light & small fan.

And I'll be paying cash.
