With a TT, the AC (and perhaps a generator) is a must. There isn't enough open area from TT windows that would allow for a decent flow-through breeze if the weather gets too warm or humid, even with battery operated fans. You could always install a Fantastic fan in the bathroom, or another vent location if your rig has one, and those do a decent job at moving air, but even that might not be enough in some areas.
As for weight, check the dry weight, and add 1500-2000 pounds onto that for fresh water, propane, batteries, and other items.
