We traded our Shamrock 232 for our Palomino Ultra Lite 273 two years ago and could‘nt be happier. It has a shallow slide that holds the kitchen and couch and still lets you walk through the trailer when closed. As far as ventilation there are windows in the front bedroom, cross windows in the living area, corner windows in the bunk area, two entrance doors and a fantastic fan. Dry weight is stickered at 5480 but Palomino dropped the Thoroughbred-Ultra Lite line and replaced it with the Solaire and do not offer our floor plan. Keep looking, when you find the right fit you will all know.
