Thinking of adding two Scissor jacks to my springdale...
forward of the tires... to help with leveling? but i have a damn propane line on the from, is it ok to install the jack and slide the mount under the line? any other advice?

To answer the question I think you could slide the mount under the line as long as the line was not in contact with the jack's operations.
The bigger question is can your frame handle the stress that would be exerted by the jack to level the trailer. Is there a reason you do not just use blocks (wood or the orange ones) to bring the level of the tires up to help with leveling?
