In our town you can't park an unattached trailer in a driveway or on the street. My TT is parked next to the house, just behind the driveway. The code also says the trailer needs to be on a "surfaced" pad, so you can't just park it on grass. Our next door neighbor bought their house a few years ago when we already had our previous TT. When we upgraded last year and went and asked him if he would have any issues with the TT parked there. He said no. The neighbor on the other side parks his powerboat in his driveway, so I know he isn't going to call the cops!
