#10 is the most common to come out. For some reason, the harmonics at very high RPMs seem to vibrate it out if it isn't torqued enough. I've had my #10 loosen up a couple times, but I heard the noise and addressed it that day. I did loose #9 this last summer. Same cause. Did too much climbing at 5400 RPM. This time I heard the tick and waited 200 miles to get home to tighten it, but it let loose 10 miles from the house. I simply re-installed the plug, unplugged the fuel injector, and drove home without issue. The shop that eventually did the time-sert repair only charged me a couple hundred bucks for the repair, since I was having other work done too. I have no hesitation to continue driving my V10, which currently has 415,000 miles.
If you are really worried, you could have inserts put in every one. But really, I think just keeping up on spark plug intervals, with maybe a torque check half way through, should keep you going a long time.
