This is all true. Several years ago a train full of Goodyear tires derailed 20 miles east of yuma. All the tires were destroyed on the spot. In a different incident a car hauler derailed and Souther Paciffic donated several vehicles to the local high schools for vocational studies. None of the vehicles could be driven or sold.
