A guy could always try the heat lamps method. I've forgotten his name but one Forum member that is parked in ND had a few heat lamps underneath his rig. With the good skirting he had, he was able to keep the temps at the axle up into the 60's f during Winter. It actually caused a problem for him after a few months, though. The weeds underneath started growing and were close to contacting the lamps, lol.
