Ten thousand pounds...you’ll need a 3/4 ton TV.
Long TT for a new person and for one person more TT than needed IMO.
Too long for many state parks, Olympic and Sequioa NPs if that’s where you want to camp.
Only 45 gallons fresh water seems low. Otherwise looks nice!
