Thoughts on Champion Generator (not Yamaha or Honda)

I would like your opinion on the Champion 3500W (4000 peak) generator that Cabela's has on-line. I believe it is around $450.00. I am not willing to spend $1300.00 on a Honda or Yamaha 1100W generat...

I have to agree that when running a AC that the 3500/4000 is a thirsty beast but we used it for charging last year a few hours a day plus some AC and microwave use and never went through 5 gal in two weeks.
