We put Transforce AT's on our previous truck, and also on our previous fiver. Absolutely no problems. When I picked up our new/used 3500, I put HT's on it. Going to need new tires on our current fiver, and will likely purchase Transforce as well for that.
As for AT's versus HT's, I wanted the more aggressive tread for the old truck as it was 2WD. I was very surprised at how little the tires 'sang' at speed on the highway. The new/used truck is 4WD, so chose HT's for that one.
Overall, when comparing prices, we found the Firestone Transforce LT's to be one of the best bang for the buck out there.
