I have the EZ Flex and they have been great! Get the bronze bushings and wet bolt kit while you are doing the job.
I know the equa flex system raises the trailer almost 2". Not what I want on my 11.5ft tall trailer!
110% agree on the bronze bushings and wet bolt kit.
The Trail-Aire Equa Flex however can raise or lower your camper as can the Dexter unit or the Mor-ryde unit. All axle suspensions are not the same. Shackle length needs to be determined to get the camper back to where it needs to be.
That said, the Dexter system is closer to if not the same as many Dexter rigid equalizer spacings. In this case, the EZ flex can have very little change in ride height of the trailer. But, due to the rubber in the equalizer it can also lower the camper slightly. On this same trailer setup where the EZ Flex was close to a drop in, the Equa Flex can still work, it just will need longer shackles as if not, then yes, it will raise the trailer considerably.
