Of the 15 or so dealers I contacted in 2013, Thunder was the one that would NOT give me any info. or pricing without me giving them my name, address and contact info. first.
In fact, the man who answered immediately had a rather rude tone saying "I can't tell you anything until I know who I'm dealing with first". I said, "Is that right?" and hung up.
They may have a good reputation, but I'll never know since I'll likely never consider them again after that interaction. Every other dealer I called was more than willing to give out the info. I needed and were fairly nice about it. Not Thunder RV. I went with Apache Camping. Prices were better anyway.
First impressions of a business are often established in that first point of contact. Companies that have good customer service know this.
If you call Billy-Joe-Bobs Plumbing and Billy answers the phone sounding like a jerk, with a mouth full of food, chances are, you're not going to do business with him.
