Installing my Timbrens today. Put the assemblies together with the spacer. When the center bolt is tight, the spacer and rubber bump stop are "loose" kinda flopping a little. Is this supposed to...

How loose was it? are you sure the nuts didn't bottom out on the shoulders of the bolts? Are they shouldered bolts?
